The Nick Popper is an upgrade for Juliet Starling. The Nick Popper was a gift from Rosalind Starling in Stage 3, when she handed it off, before being driven away in an uncontrollable bus.
It transforms Juliet's Chainsaw into a speaker phone-like weapon which Juliet uses to shoot Nick's head as a projectile, which will return back into the Nick Popper in order to fire more attacks. The attack has a limited amount of uses.
